I have had coworkers rave about MACnician's service before, so I brought my computer in on a Saturday after work. I had spent two hours running through different prompts I found online, trying to get rid of malware I had accidentally downloaded onto my computer from the day before. Even though I called ahead of time, they offered walk-in service, no appointment needed. The service team at MACnician was available to help me right away and easily removed the malware and reset Google Chrome for me. I was in and out in 20 minutes! And they refused to accept any payment! So rare to find such great customer service! I would HIGHLY recommend MACnician to anybody.

I cannot believe how fast these guys were! I had taken my iMac to the Apple store 2x and they found no problems, but it would shut down on me sporadically throughout the day. I dealt with it for months, and should have come here sooner! They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within hours! Thank you!

Thetyare just awesome. Looked at my old Mac immediately and fixed it right there for free which included swapping the ram cards. Didn’t charge for diagnostic like other shops do. Just go there without thinking

Brian and his team can fix newer computers too and really helped me in a jamb.. I have a 2018 MacBook Pro that went dead. We thought it would have to be sent in to Apple costing me missed deadlines but Brian was able to open the computer and reset the battery and I was back in business.

Went to MACnician on recommendation of co-worker. Service was excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable, attentive and courteous. I'm glad I learned of them and highly recommend them.

My one year old son cracked my MacBook screen on Monday. I originally reached out to Best Buy and was told it would take upwards of 2 months to replace my screen. I decided to reach out to MACnician and was told that it would take a week. 4 days later, i received a call that my computer was ready for pickup. Not only was the repair done in an extremely swift manner, but the price was also very fair. i was given an estimate and the final price was not even a cent over that. i highly recommend bringing your apple products over to MACnician, if they need a repair. If i could give 6 stars on this review, i would.

We cannot say enough good things about this place. We had an issue with the laptop so we took it to the Apple Store because it is a Mac. They said they would get to us in about two hours... weren’t busy at all. So my husband looked at this place and took a chance. They fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Knowledgeable! I needed some Malware removed from my MacBook Air last week. I called MACnician and they told me I could bring it right over. The contact-less drop off was perfect - I left my computer on a table outside and called to let them know it was there. The repair took roughly 20 minutes and my computer was waiting for me on the table when I arrived to pick it up! I paid my bill over the phone, and I thought the price was very, very fair. Entirely contact-less. My computer's operation has been noticeably better! Love supporting local businesses, especially ones with a good, valuable service!

My husband and I were incredibly happy to come across MACnician. We had been dealing with a wifi access and speed issue with our laptop. The wait at the Apple Store was ridiculous and the price they quoted us was too high.
MACnician had been recommended to us and so we dropped in with the laptop. After asking a few questions Remy the Service Tech opened it up, did a diagnostic and found the problem right away. They were able to help us on the spot and solved the issue. The techs at MACnician were flexible, efficient, professional and most of all friendly. In addition to receiving a fantastic customer satisfaction experience at MACnician our laptop was fixed at a reasonable price.

I am a PC technician. I send my MAC work to the Macnician. Quality work, Very fair pricing, quick service. They tell it to you straight.

I had and issue with my iPhone contacts. I originally called Apple, spent 40 minutes on the phone with them, and they ultimately could not solve the problem.

I called Brian at Macnician and stopped in a half hour before closing. Brian solved the problem in 20 minutes, no fuss, no muss. I thought I screwed up my contacts permanently, but Brian saved the day! Suggestion: Do not call Apple, go directly to Macnician to get your problem solved. This is the second or third matter I’ve brought to Brian, and he has solved the problem every time.

MacBook Air had a problem that I tried to fix. MACnician ran a diagnostic, then assured me it was good to go -- for a very nominal fee! Excellent service, fair pricing -- and we swapped a couple of stories during the process. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My daughter spilled coffee on her MacBook Pro and it died. She brought it to Apple, they wanted $1000 to fix it. Brought it to Brian and for a fraction that, it’s working like new. Sometimes it’s a new motherboard, sometimes it not. Don’t give up if Apple says your computer is dead. Brian should be your next stop!!!

Brian helped me diagnose an issue with my 2012 Macbook Pro (my lower RAM port was loose). He was very thorough by going beyond the standard diagnostics test that Apple does in diagnosing the issue with my computer. He opened up the machine, and had it fixed in no time . In 10 minutes he had identified the problem and fixed my computer, when two visits to the Apple "Genius Bar" didn't identify any problems or fix it! I would highly recommend his services!
